On April 29, 2024 video shows a man breaking into a Tesla and stealing $190,000 at a
Conoco Gas Station in Bensalem, PA.
A male skills machine business owner had $190,000 in the back seat of his Tesla; he parked at a Conoco Gas Station for a quick errand.
The victim was being followed. A suspect is seen approaching the parked Tesla and breaking the back window out with a special device.
The suspect grabs a few cardboard boxes filled with cash in the amount of $190,000.The suspect tosses the boxes of cash into his vehicle, where a woman could be seen sitting in the front passenger seat.The suspect then drives off in the suspect vehicle. 43-year-old Christopher Plytas was arrested the next day accused of breaking in the car and stealing the $190,000 cash. Authorities say a search of Christopher’s apartment and vehicle revealed narcotics, paraphernalia and approximately $40,000.
