A Diamond District jewelry store was robbed by suspects posing as customers on August 25, 2019 in Manhattan. The suspects tied up workers and ransacked the store. Expensive jewelry was stolen from safes and display cases in the amount of $4 million.
The store is named Avianne and Co. Jewelers. The gunmen tied up four shop workers with zip ties and duct tape, and then looted the store. The thieves were inside the store for at least 30 minutes.
