Katilyn Ball, 26, died on January 18, 2022 in a hit and run wreck in Concord, NC. Keshara Bridges is charged in the death of Katilyn. The victim was a mother who had an 8-year-old daughter.
On Tuesday, January 18, 2022 Katilyn was walking at the intersection of Union Street South and Ridge Court SW in Concord. Katilyn was hit by a vehicle. The vehicle did not stop and fled the scene. Katilyn died from the impact.
The vehicle was last seen turning onto Interstate-85 South from Concord Mills Boulevard at 8:31 p.m.
On Wednesday, January 19, 2022 Keshara arrived at the Concord Police Department with her attorney and turned herself in. Concord Police also recovered Keshara’s Nissan Altima from the parking lot of the Ivy Hollow Apartments on Milhaven Lane in Charlotte, NC.
Keshara was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter, felony hit & run and driving while license revoked.
