On March 15, 2023 Jamazia Brown, 23, pled guilty to larceny after breaking & entering and breaking & entering a motor vehicle in Charlotte, NC. Jamazia has a young child.
In November 2022 Jamazia stole a Mercedes Benz. A few days later Jamazia assaulted a pregnant woman on Finchley Dr. Charlotte, NC.
Jamazia also took the victim’s belongings and broke the front door down and unlawfully entered the victim’s residence.
The very next day on November 28, 2022, Jamazia took a man’s vehicle without his permission while it was parked at his home on Magnolia Hill Drive around 12:45 a.m.
Officers located the vehicle on November 28th around 7:15 a.m. on North Tryon Street.
Jamazia was arrested on November 28, 2022 and charged with several burglary, theft, robbery, and assault charges. Jamazia stayed in jail for several months until her court date in March 2023.
At trial Jamazia pled guilty to several charges and the judge sentenced her to 5-15 months in prison; that sentence was suspended pending Jamazia’s successful completion of 18 months of supervised probation.
