Asiel Springer, 25, was arrested on October 25, 2024 accused of murdering his friend Justice Timmons, 25, in Charlotte, NC. Both Asiel and Justice went to Vance High School together, the school is now named Chambers High School. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Justice was physically attacked and left bleeding. Paramedics arrived to provide medical aid, but Justice died on the scene.
Days later, Asiel was arrested charged with murder and robbery. Asiel and Justice went to Vance High School together, Justice played baseball. The men were friends.
The school’s name changed to Julius Chambers High School after the George Floyd murder due to Vance High being named after a confederate slavery leader.
