The funeral of Rhonschoci Flack, 24, was on May 16, 2021. Kendra Odums, 22, is charged with the murder of Rhonschoci. The victim had at least 3 kids.
Rhonschoci layed on the floor bleeding and suffering from the gunshot wound until paramedics arrived. An ambulance took Rhonschoci to the hospital.
Rhonschoci’s condition was so bad that he was air lifted to a hospital in Charlotte, NC. After life saving measures, Rhonschoci died at the hospital one day later on May 4, 2021.
Kendra was arrested on May 3, 2021 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill.
However, when Rhonschoci died from the shooting, Kendra’s charges were upgraded to murder.
Rhonschoci had several brothers and sisters.
Rhonschoci’s killing marks the first homicide investigation in Cherryville, NC in nearly 5 years.
