A North Dakota woman is accused of fatally stabbing her boyfriend in the groin during a disturbance early Saturday morning May 30, 2020. Terin Stately, 32, was arrested on suspicion of murder in Fargo, ND.
Terin is accused of stabbing her boyfriend Keanen Poitra, 27, to death in his groin.
Terin said she was involved in a physical altercation with Keanen after she confronted him about other women. Terin grabbed a steak knife and held it toward her boyfriend. Keanen was stabbed in the groin and began bleeding heavily in an apartment hallway. The wound severed his femoral artery.
Keanen was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
