On December 29, 2020 Herbrea Keels, 28, was killed on Paces Oaks Blvd. Charlotte, NC during a shooting.
An altercation occurred and Herbrea was shot by a known individual. Herbrea died on the scene. Charges against the potential suspect are being evaluated, but a self defense claim has been made. The potential suspect has not been charged with a crime.
