CHARLOTTE, NC- Love hurts, love scars, love can get you shot in the head.
37-year-old Tiffany Nicholson shot her lover in the head during a heated argument, called the police, and then lied about the whole thing. This all happened in vicinity of Tiffany’s 12-year-old and 17-year-old kids.
This may sound like a salacious daytime soap opera, but it is very real.
On Sunday, December 16th, 2018 at 3:10 A.M., police were dispatched to a domestic violence with injury 911 call in west Charlotte. Tiffany called 911 and stated that she shot 40-year-old Antonio Sullivan. Initially Tiffany told authorities that a stranger had entered her home and she shot the intruder. It was obvious that Tiffany was being evasive, untruthful, and non forthcoming when answering questions from officers.
After further investigation it was found that Tiffany maliciously and wantonly attempted to kill her lover victim identified as Antonio. When Tiffany decided to come clean she finally just told the truth.
Tiffany admitted that she was at a party with Antonio and when they arrived at her house the two got into an argument. Tiffany claims that the two are lovers. Although after this incident, it is safe to say that they aren’t together anymore.
But that should be obvious, anyway back to the story, Tiffany told Antonio to leave and he refused, allegedly. Tiffany then shot Antonio in the head with a 9 mm gun that included a 10 round magazine. A puddle of blood was found next to where one of Tiffany’s kids were sleeping.
In a bloody mess, Antonio managed to escape the residence and relocate to a few blocks away. The victim suffered injuries. Upon the investigation Tiffany was arrested on scene. Tiffany was charged with Intent to Kill and Assault with Deadly Weapon with Minor Present in addition to other firearm discharging charges.
