On August 17, 2024 a female victim identified as Glandina Dixon, 47, was murdered at the Quik Trip gas station located at 4270 Trailer Dr. Charlotte, NC. The woman’s ex husband Daryl Wright, 50, was killed in a car crash just 2 days earlier.
At 11:00 p.m., Glandina was murdered during a dispute in the parking lot of the Quik Trip gas station. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Officers arrived on scene and located Glandina dead. It is not known if the victim was shot or assaulted.
On August 15, 2024 Daryl was killed during a massive vehicular wreck on North Sharon Amity Road Charlotte, NC.
Daryl collided with 2 vehicles and a light pole, the crash flipped his vehicle upside down in a rollover crash. Daryl died on the scene.
The murdered female victim and Daryl were married for years, but got a divorce in 2022. Crime at Quik Trip gas stations is rampant.
