On January 20, 2025, at 2:14 am, officers responded to the scene of a crash at the intersection of Park Rd and Kenilworth Ave. due to a vehicle collision.
Hailey was driving a vehicle when another vehicle tried to merge into her lane, Hailey says she swerved, hit the median, and crashed into a ditch.
Police say Hailey had red eyes and was unsteady on her feet. According to authorities, Hailey told medics on scene that she had consumed alcoholic beverages prior to driving.
Hailey was taken to Atrium Hospital to be checked for injuries and have blood drawn. On the way to the hospital, police say Hailey exhibited mood swings and forgetfulness consistent with someone under the influence of alcohol.
While at the hospital, Hailey had her blood drawn by an RN. Two blood samples were taken. Hailey was arrested charged with DWI.
