Emma was driving a GMC SUV when her car crashed in the roadway due to her running into something that made her tire disabled on East Trade St.
Emma was emotional and began crying on scene. Emma also accidentally locked her keys in her car. Emma smelled like alcohol and admitted to drinking earlier.
Emma failed field sobriety tests once police officers arrived on scene. Emma also had a 0.19 blood alcohol content which is nearly 3 times over the legal limit. Emma was arrested charged with DWI.
