Olivia Sudderth had a 0.11 blood alcohol content during a DWI arrest
Olivia Sudderth, 23, was arrested on February 17, 2026 in Charlotte, NC accused of DWI.
Olivia ran a red light on Wilkinson Blvd. The state trooper pulled Olivia over and smelled liquor coming from her breath. Olivia also had red glossy eyes. Olivia stated that she had wine at a movie.
Olivia did not pass the drunk open field tests. Olivia blew a 0.11 breathalyzer for her blood alcohol content. Olivia was then arrested charged with DWI and reckless driving to endanger.
