Tamar Constanza, 27, was arrested in Charlotte, NC on a charge of DWI.
On January 11, 2020 at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers say they responded to a call involving a driver who was involved in a car wreck and whom appeared to be under the influence of an impairing substance at 7631 North Tryon Street approaching the University City Boulevard intersection.
The wreck caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. It is unclear if anyone was hurt.
Tamar was arrested and charged with DWI.
