WINNER OF $1 MILLION CHARLOTTE LOTTERY REVEALED

On October 30, 2023 a Charlotte woman took home $1,000,000 after winning the lottery on a Powerball ticket. The lucky winner is Rosalind Rivers. She purchased the ticket from the Food Mart on The Plaza.

Rosalind bought her ticket for $2 on October 21, 2023 from the Food Mart in Charlotte, NC. Her ticket matched the numbers on all five white balls during the drawing and she won $1 million.

9 days later on October 30th Rosalind made her way to lottery headquarters in Raleigh, NC to claim her $1 million. 

Rosalind submitted her ticket and went through all the official paper work etc. After taxes, Rosalind took home a whopping $712,501 deposited directly into her bank account.

Angelita Blackstock received a $1 million check after winning the lottery at the RaceWay gas station on Brookshire Boulevard Charlotte, NC.
