The June 2019 video involves a state trooper in Rock Hill, South Carolina attempting to perform a traffic stop on the driver of a BMW.
The driver identified as William Wright, 31, refused to stop and a chase ensued. Mr. Wright pulls into a fenced off commercial property and runs out of his vehicle firing several shots directly at the state trooper.
The trooper fires back wounding Mr. Wright. Thankfully, the trooper was not hit or wounded. Mr. Wright is a felon and was arrested on several charges moments after the shooting.
