VIDEO: TRIPLE HOMICIDE AT GAS STATION, 3 TEEN VICTIMS, SUSPECT ON THE RUN

Date:

On February 12, 2023 Richard Acosta was convicted of capital murder in the gas station homicides of 3 teenagers in Garland, Texas. Richard is the father of Abel Acosta. Abel is the teenager that actually pulled the trigger in the video. But Abel has still not been caught.

The shooting was at a Texaco gas station on December 26, 2021.

14-year-old Xavier Gonzalez, 16-year-old Ivan Noyala, and 17-year-old Rafael Garcia were all shot and killed.

The teen suspect is seen getting out of his father’s white truck, and then entering the gas station firing several shots at the teenage victims. Richard was the driver of the truck and waited on his son Abel in the parking lot.

Abel then runs out of the store and back into his father’s truck. Richard speeds off.

The teenage victims died on the scene. Abel and Richard went home that night. Abel reportedly fled to Mexico and has not been seen since. A 15-year-old employee at the gas station was also shot, but survived.

Richard was eventually arrested and charged with capital murder.

On February 12, 2023 Richard was convicted and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, even though he was not the trigger man that killed the teenagers.
