Watch $300,000 cash stolen from a poker winner
On August 1, 2025 a poker player was robbed after winning $300,000 cash at the DoubleTree Hotel in Houston, Texas.
The victim had won $300,000 cash at a local casino, after retrieving his winnings the victim arrived at the Doubletree Hotel at 5:40 a.m. in a red Corvette.
A white sedan then pulls up to the victim in the hotel valet area. The victim saw the white car and became suspicious. The victim alerted security, but security said he was all clear to come inside.
The suspects followed the victim to the elevator where they confronted and robbed him. The suspects punch the victim in the head and face. The victim falls to the ground. The suspects took $300,000 cash and expensive jewelry.
The suspects run out to the car and are driven off by a third suspect.
