28-year-old Dontrell Rufus is charged with two counts of murder, Dontrell was arrested on April 21, 2020.
On April 20, 2020 in Richland County, SC two women were shot and killed. Dontrell was identified as a suspect but was not arrested until the next day.
Both women were taken to the hospital, but died. No details surrounding the case or a motive are known at this time.
