On September 12, 2024 a train killed a victim in Charlotte, NC.
The fatal train strike was on Arrowwood Road near South Blvd. at 5:15 a.m. A victim was walking on the train tracks when they were hit.
The victim died instantly. Traffic delays are in the area due to the crash. This is the 4th train death in Charlotte in 2 months.
