THREE CHARGED WITH MURDER OF 24-YEAR-OLD MAN

24-year-old Brian Quiros was killed after a fight on Commonwealth Avenue Charlotte, NC.

Shortly before 12:30 a.m. on June 9, 2020, officers responded to reports of a crowd fighting near Commonwealth Avenue. When officers arrived, those who were fighting had left the scene, and no victims were located. 

While officers began conducting an investigation, they received information about a victim identified as Brian Quiros who had shown up to Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center with apparent trauma resulting in serious injuries. On June 13, 2020, Brian was pronounced deceased while still in the hospital.

On June 15 the following three suspects were arrested for Brian’s murder: Omar Almanza De La Garza, 26, Jordan Robertson, 25, and Jahdell Jermaine Lewis, 27. All suspects are charged with murder, common law robbery, and conspiracy to commit common law robbery.
