19-year-old Donovan James was arrested on July 20, 2020. Donovan is charged with the murder of Delvin Teah, 21, who played sports at Vance High School in Charlotte.
The victim was shot and killed on July 12, 2020 on Margie Ann Drive Charlotte, NC.
Delvin was operating a vehicle in the parking lot of the Robinsdale Apartments when he was shot and ran into a tree. He died at the scene. Donovan is charged with murder and robbery.
