TEENAGER ACCUSED OF MURDERING GROWN MAN DURING FIGHT

Christian Caraballo, 19, was arrested on December 2, 2025 charged with the murder of Ernesto Caraballo Toledo, 50, that occurred on Wembley Drive Charlotte, NC.

The murder was on October 18, 2025. Christian was allegedly in a fight with Ernesto, they were family members. The victim was found dead at a residence with blood, bruises, and trauma to his face.

DNA testing was done on swabs collected from the victim and scene, and that DNA matched to Christian’s DNA.

Swabs taken from the murder weapon, under the victim’s fingernails, and on a suspected bite mark on the
victim’s arm, allegedly matched Christian’s DNA.

On December 2nd the suspect was arrested charged with murder.
