At 11:20 p.m., officers responded to a call in reference to a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Inside the vehicle, officers discovered Kennedi with life threatening injuries.
Brandon Forman, 35, died on Christmas Eve
Medics arrived and Kennedi was transported to Atrium Main Hospital. The victim was later pronounced deceased by hospital staff as a result of her injuries. Detectives are classifying this case as a homicide.
