Jonathan Ramsey, 31, was arrested on August 23, 2020 charged with first degree murder in the killing of Billy McKay, 35. The physical altercation was on Pintail Place Charlotte, NC in the common area of an apartment complex.
The suspect was allegedly in a physical dispute with Billy.
Billy sustained life threatening trauma during the alleged altercation. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
