DaBaby was arrested on January 7, 2021 after police allegedly found a loaded handgun in his possession while shopping in Beverly Hills, California.
Authorities in California say DaBaby took a loaded gun into an upscale clothing store. DaBaby is charged with suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a loaded gun in a vehicle.
DaBaby walked into a high end store; store security called police after they say a gun was allegedly seen in DaBaby’s waistband.
DaBaby was approached by police in his vehicle; he was arrested and jailed. DaBaby was freed after posting a $35,000 bail. DaBaby’s brother was killed in a self inflicted shooting on November 3, 2020.
