Derrick Byers, 31, committed suicide on June 19, 2023 in uptown Charlotte, NC. Derrick was a known local rapper.
At 12:29 a.m. Derrick shot himself dead, committing suicide while inside of a luxury Jaguar vehicle on Parkside Terrace Lane in the heart of uptown Charlotte.
A woman was found dead in uptown Charlotte in December 2022.
