Rebecca Helms, 44, was arrested on September 13, 2026 accused of robbing a latino man on West Sugar Creek at a cheap motel in Charlotte, NC. Rebecca is a prostitute and robbed Carlos Castro at knife point of $1,800 cash. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram now.
Carlos was leaving a friend’s birthday party and stopped to get gas at the Mobil gas station located on West Sugar Creek Rd. Rebecca approached the vehicle of Carlos and asked if he wanted sex.
Carlos agreed to have sex with the gruesome Rebecca for $70. Rebecca got in the truck and they drove to the Red Roof Inn located at Equipment Dr.
Carlos and Rebecca had sex. Afterwards Carlos went to the bathroom, Rebecca then stole his wallet and took $1,800 cash from it, she then dumped the wallet outside the motel and stepped inside.
Carlos came out of the bath room and could not locate his wallet. Carlos confronted Rebecca about his wallet and she pulled out a knife on him forcing him to leave the cheap motel room.
Carlos called police. Rebecca was seen on video with the wallet and dumping it outside. Cops located Rebecca in the motel room and found a crack pipe on her. Rebecca was arrested charged with robbery, prostitution, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
