PERSON KILLED NEAR SUGAR CREEK ROAD, 3RD MURDER IN A WEEK, 2ND MURDER TODAY

A homicide investigation is currently underway in the Sugar Creek Rd. area of Charlotte, NC. One person has been pronounced deceased.

The murder occurred near the intersection of Sugar Creek and North Tryon on September 4, 2019 around 9pm.

A murder occurred earlier today near Eastway Drive.

Five other people were killed over Labor Day weekend, one of which included a murder at a party.
