One person was killed and another was hurt on July 8, 2022 in east Charlotte, NC on Albemarle Road.
A deadly collision occurred around 2:30 a.m. near the Circumferential Road intersection, near it is a Target, Lowes, and Chick-fil-A.
A wreck happened, one of the victims died on the scene, the other victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. It is not clear if the dead victim was a pedestrian or driving a vehicle.
The road was blocked for several hours.
