James Chambers, 26, was shot and killed on May 2, 2024 on Hoover Rd. Charlotte, NC. Zacharias Lowery, 29, was charged with the murder of James.
James was fatally shot at 11 p.m. Paramedics arrived on scene and pronounced James deceased.
