Samantha Kirkland, 27, was charged with indecent exposure for being naked in public on October 10, 2019.
At around 10 a.m., a nude woman was seen along a road in Hickory, NC near a Northern Tool & Equipment store. Samantha was arrested on scene.
She has prior felony convictions of possession of a controlled substance in 2015 and possession of stolen goods in 2013 both in Catawba County, according to the N.C. Department of Public Safety.
