25-year-old Ashly Zelaya was arrested on March 19, 2024 accused of breaking and entering during a domestic dispute in Charlotte, NC.
On March 18, 2024 Ashly came to her ex boyfriends house identified as Cristian Reyes, and tried to get inside, but Cristian would not open the door.
So Ashly is accused of getting angry and then smashing the car window out of her ex boyfriend’s black sedan.
Cristian and Ashly share a 4 month old male child together. Cristian accuses Ashly of being an unfit mother. Department of Social Service and Child Social Services are involved in the situation.
The next day Ashly was arrested and charged with injury to property and breaking/entering.
Cristian is now fighting for full custody of his 4 month old son. Ashly has been arrested a lot.
