Quadarius is a true hustler, he went to prison in a $1.5 million bank scam, now he is going back to prison for mail fraud
On July 9, 2025 Quadarius Thomas, 30, was sentenced to 54 months in prison followed by two years of supervised release for possession of stolen mail and illegal possession of a firearm in Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Quadarius was a member of the Free Bandz Gang and was previously convicted of conspiracy to commit bank fraud and aggravated identity theft that totaled $1.5 million in revenue. Quadarius served a few years in prison but was released early.

He was released from custody in 2023 and was placed under court ordered federal supervision. In November 2023 Quadarius was driving a vehicle in Charlotte when he was pulled over for a license plate violation.
During the traffic stop, Quadarius provided the officers with a driver’s license that was in another person’s name. In December 2023, cops issued a warrant for the arrest of Quadarius after it was determined that he had provided false information during the traffic stop.
Cops located Quadarius and following a short foot chase, he was taken into custody. Quadarius had $7,000 cash, numerous licenses, and stolen checks, including a stolen $2.4 million U.S. Treasury check during his arrest.
Law enforcement also searched Quadarius’s residence and recovered additional fraud related items, including 10 South Carolina drivers’ licenses and accompanying bank cards, bank checks, a South Carolina ID hologram, a printer, and two laptops.
On August 7, 2024, Quadarius pleaded guilty to possession of stolen mail and aiding and abetting and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
