This man looks a fright with several face tattoos, Halloween is over
Jerry Tinsley, 46, was arrested on January 14, 2026 in Gastonia, NC accused of Habeas Corpus. Jerry has a face full of scary tattoos.
The tattoos are very frightening at first sight. The tattoos cover Jerry’s face and skull. A below picture shows Jerry when he did not have face tattoos around 2010 or so.
The circumstances surrounding Jerry’s habeas corpus arrest is unknown. Jerry has a long arrest history, and from the looks of it, it seems like he has been to prison.
