Kelton Silver, 23, is wanted in connection to the murder of Zonta Dunlap, 28.
Ivan Petty, 23, has already been arrested for the murder. But arrest warrants have also been taken out for Kelton.
Zonte was shot and killed the day after Christmas 2018 at the Brookson-Bryton Apartment Complex in Huntersville, NC.
27-year-old Devonte Robinson was also shot during the altercation, but survived.
