Marvin Grant, 37, murdered his co-workers Richard Lamont, 48, and Christopher Serrano, 33, in Manassas, Virginia on September 30, 2026 The shooter and the victims all worked at United Rentals. Marvin is from Charlotte. People getting killed on the job is becoming a normal thing.

Marvin was angry at his co-workers and decided to kill them. At 7 a.m. Marvin walked into his job United Rentals and shot three of his coworkers.
Christopher, Richard, and a third United Rentals employee were all shot. Christopher and Richard died on scene. The third employee shot was rushed to the hospital and survived.
Marvin fled the scene and led police on a high speed chase. Marvin then stopped on the highway and pointed a gun at his head. Marvin pulled the trigger and killed himself.
The families of Christopher and Richard are expected to file wrongful death lawsuits on United Rentals. The shot victim is also expected to file a personal injury lawsuit on the company.
Marvin’s mom was deep into church and spoke good things about her son on the internet.
