MAN KILLED ON WILKINSON BLVD, SUSPECT ACCUSED OF HAVING METH AND HIDING UNDER TOW TRUCK

Bryan Price, 39, was arrested on September 27, 2022 charged with the killing of Givh Daniel, 62, in Charlotte, NC during a vehicular collision. Givh was killed on October 28, 2021.

A fatal crash occurred on October 25, 2021, at 2:10 p.m., on Wilkinson Boulevard.

A Jeep driven by Bryan was traveling when he allegedly hit a Honda Fit vehicle and left the scene.

Bryan is accused of continuing to drive and then crashing into a van and a tow truck, all on Wilkinson Blvd. The van was driven by Givh. The jeep overturned. 

Givh was ejected from the van and was transported to Atrium Health Main hospital.

Following the crash, Bryan is accused of retrieving items from the Jeep, later determined to allegedly be meth and marijuana. Bryan then is accused of crawling underneath the tow truck, and attempting to conceal the drugs in the tow truck’s undercarriage, police say.

Bryan was found lying under the tow truck. He was taken to the hospital for serious injuries.

On October 28, 2021 Givh was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

Nearly a year later, Bryan was released from the hospital and arrested on September 27, 2022. Bryan is charged with manslaughter, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, hit and run, and reckless driving.
