28-year-old Cedric Kirkland was shot and killed on January 29, 2021 while he was driving on Lasalle Street Charlotte, NC.
Shortly after 3:30 p.m. shots were fired in the west Charlotte neighborhood. Cedric was hit several times while he was operating a SUV. After being shot Cedric drove off the roadway and struck a tree. Cedric was pronounced deceased on scene by paramedics.
On January 28, 2021 Kharee Cartwright, 25, was killed while driving a black Mercedes Benz. Kharee was shot and eventually crashed.
