A man identified as Michael Camp, 33, was shot on July 21, 2021. Michael later died from the shooting on July 22nd. The homicide was on Pressley Road Charlotte, NC.
Shortly before 11:30 p.m. on July 21st officers responded to an assault with deadly weapon 911 call on Pressley Road. Upon arrival, officers located Michael with an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to a hospital by medics. Michael died from his injuries a short time later.
Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scene and the hospital to conduct an investigation, and Crime Scene Search responded to process the scene and collect physical evidence.
Representatives of the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Homicide Prosecution Team responded to the scene.
No arrests have been made.
