David was riding on a Lynx light rail train when he dropped dead, covered in vomit
New details show that 54-year old David Wallace died on a light rail train in Charlotte, NC on July 15, 2023. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
David was found dead sitting in a seat on the light rail commuter train on South Blvd. by a CATS transportation employee. The driver stopped the light rail and called for help. Cops and EMS were dispatched to the scene.
David was covered in vomit when EMS arrived.
A catheter was put down David’s throat to help him breathe, but David was pronounced deceased on the light rail.
After investigation, it was revealed that pneumonia is the cause of death for David.
