Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department are conducting an investigation into the homicide of Ahmad Kadir, 21, which occurred on Neuhoff Lane, Charlotte, NC.
On Saturday, June 6, 2020, at 2:43 a.m., officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon 911 call. When officers arrived, they located Ahmad with an apparent gunshot wound, medics transported Ahmad to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
However, on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, Ahmad succumbed to his injuries while still at the hospital.
