Subhi Elmasharawy, 22, was shot on Sunday in Charlotte, NC; Subhi died today at the hospital. Subhi succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.
The shooting occurred on Pimpernel Road at 9:02 p.m. on Sunday, January 6, 2019.
Authorities received 911 calls regarding gun fire. Subhi was found on the ground suffering from gunshot wounds.
He was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
This is an ongoing investigation.
