Jose Pena, 20, broke into multiple vehicles in east Charlotte.
On February 5th, Jose was observed on Winterfield Place pulling on car door handles. Officers responded and located Jose who was found to be in possession of stolen items from 4 different vehicles.
Jose was arrested and charged with four counts of Larceny from a Motor Vehicle and Larceny.
