Shaila Morales, 21, and Noe Olivera, 22, were arrested on May 26, 2022 accused of breaking into a residence in Charlotte, NC. Shaila and Noe at some point dated each other.
On May 25, 2022 a 911 call was made about an assault with a deadly weapon. The victims claim their apartment was broken into while they were home. The victims claim they were assaulted at gunpoint by the suspects. Among the alleged victims were a 2-year-old boy, a teenager, and a 33-year-old woman.
Noe and Shaila were arrested the next day and charged with breaking and entering terrorizing and injuring, felony conspiracy, and kidnapping. Noe was also charged with assault by pointing a gun.
