22-year-old Destinee Baugess is accused of murdering her boyfriend Zachary Epps, 32, in a violent stabbing on November 20, 2024 in Morrisville, NC.
Destinee and Zachary were at an apartment complex when around 2 a.m. Zachary was stabbed in the chest. Destinee is accused of stabbing Zachary during an argument.
Cops were called to the scene and found Zachary unresponsive and not breathing. EMS initiated life saving measures. Zachary was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Destinee was arrested and charged with murder.
