With red eyes Lowen Wray was arrested charged with DWI
Lowen Wray, 41, was arrested on April 18, 2026 accused of DWI in Charlotte, NC. Wray played basketball at Vance High School. He failed to be good enough to play in the NBA.
Wray was driving near Beatties Ford Road when he was pulled over by a police officer on suspicion of being impaired. Cops say Wray was failing to maintain his lane.
Wray had red eyes. Cops asked him to do standard field sobriety tests, but Wray refused, Wray also declined to take a breathlyzer to determine his alcohol blood content.
Without evidence, cops arrested Wray charging him with DWI.
