DOCTORS & EMPLOYEE HAVE CORONAVIRUS AT ORTHOCAROLINA & CHARLOTTE EYE, EAR, NOSE

3 employees at Charlotte doctor’s offices have tested positive for Coronavirus as of April 1, 2020.

An employee at Charlotte Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat at the Southpark location has tested positive for the Coronavirus. Also two doctors at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, NC have tested positive for the Coronavirus.

At the Charlotte Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat Southpark office, a spokesperson confirmed the employee works in the eye department and hasn’t been at work since March 25, 2020.

A doctor at OrthoCarolina Foot and Ankle Institute at 2001 Vail Ave. Charlotte, NC tested positive for the Coronavirus. The doctor was last in the office several days ago. OrthoCarolina is actively screening both staff and patients.

Another doctor at OrthoCarolina tested positive for the Coronavirus in the OrthoCarolina Hip & Knee Center. The physician is now recovering at home in quarantine.
