Balius died in November 2024 at his home. Balius was disabled and on dialysis. His sickness grew worst over the years and left him in a lot of pain.
He was an alumni of West Charlotte High School from the 1984 class. Balius loved Mike Tomlin and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Balius joined the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Department in 1992, he then went on to start a security guard company, but he fell ill and disabled.
Balius was arrested over the years for different offenses. Balius had several grand children.
