Christmas time is a license to steal for many employees. The mind set of ‘I will never get caught’ is rampant.
18-year-old Michyla Marshall was arrested for stealing from her job at the popular department store Dillards in Northlake Mall.
On Saturday Michyla perhaps engulfed by the Christmas spirit stole tech gifts, a camera, and slippers from Dillards.
Michyla was then arrested for larceny by employee.
There have been several employees at Northlake Mall that have been arrested this month for stealing.
